BOSTON–December 6, 2010 – We are pleased to announce that, effective today, Red Thread has completed the strategic acquisition of Business Interiors with locations in Williston, VT and Westbrook, ME. This acquisition creates a new business model for the Northern New England marketplace, combining both our efforts in New Hampshire and leveraging Business Interior’s capabilities across Maine and Vermont.

The combined entity will build upon each dealership’s unique heritage, while focusing on our common goals of supporting clients’ business needs, expanding product and service capabilities, and providing value-driven solutions. The new organizational structure in Northern New England will be led by Jim Baker, a 25-year industry veteran.
