You Studied Law. We Studied Law Offices.

The world is changing and we're learning - but why and how?  To answer these questions we have conducted extensive observational research on the evolution of the legal workplace and how we can provide solutions that meet these shifts.

Over the coming months we will be sharing some of our insights and hope to learn more about you and how your law offices are changing.

We invite you to share your thoughts and experiences with us, here, on the Red Thread blog.

It was great to meet so many of you at the ALA luncheon on Thursday.

Sheila's presentation on Interviewing skills certainly drives home the importance of attracting the right talent for your firm. Issues facing organizations today and the workplace can be a significant tool in terms of both attracting and retaining. Here is a link to a Steelcase 360 whitepaper on How the workplace can attract, engage & retain knowledge workers.

I hope you find this helpful. I am eager to hear your thoughts and comments.

I Look forward to seeing you on the 19th hole on 6/21!

Melissa
