From creative brainstorming to client pitches, digital marketing agency Digitas is putting the expertise of Red Thread to work in its day-to-day brand-building initiatives.

Digitas’ architecture firm, KlingStubbins Associates, called upon Red Thread to help create a new corporate headquarters for its 750 Boston based employees. The Red Thread furniture team put its own creative abilities to work in meeting the firm’s vision and the agency’s requirements. Working closely with the KlingStubbins team, Red Thread developed a cost-effective workstation solution that would work effectively in a building with curved walls while providing the flexibility to accommodate staffing changes. Another key project challenge: the Financial District’s tight streets. Red Thread was restricted to night deliveries over a series of weeks, carefully planned to meet the agency’s tight move-in deadline.

Red Thread also provided all audio visual technology for the new location, helping the tech-savvy Digitas team develop appropriate solutions for high-end, full-featured client presentation rooms as well as staff conference rooms. A set of usability standards ensure that any employee will be able make use of the technology in any room.

Digitas now relies on Red Thread as its audio visual integrator for its numerous offices across the country. All of the technology -- touch panels, plasma screens, projectors and beyond – is monitored and controlled by the Boston office. A web-based application enables Digitas personnel to check projector lamp life, monitor equipment use, set automatic timers for systems, and more, which streamlines maintenance and makes optimal use of staff time.
