TRO Jung | Brannen
Red Thread helped to bring two recently merged architecture firms together in a new home with a creative workstation solution that aligned with the architects’ vision and discerning tastes. TRO Jung | Brannen, an architecture, interior design, engineering and master planning firm, tapped Red Thread to provide the workstations and storage solutions for its striking new corporate headquarters. The firm’s requirements for cost-effective, functional workspaces with a clean, contemporary aesthetic prompted Red Thread to create a highly customized workstation. Using the Steelcase Montage line as a base and seamlessly incorporating elements from three other lines, Red Thread developed a workstation that makes a visual impact and addresses the need for significant storage. In addition to managing space planning for the workstations, Red Thread provided other furniture throughout the headquarters, working closely with the client to find the right pieces at the right price. Red Thread also helped the firm achieve its green goals for its new headquarters through furniture selection as well as installation. For example, various elements in the workstations have been certified for environmentallysensitive design. Similarly, Red Thread followed green best practices for installation, accounting for all waste on a nightly basis and ensuring that packing materials were sorted and recycled. |
