We pride ourselves on our timely, accurate and damage free deliveries. Our warehousing facility in Wilmington was built to handle the vast number of shipments we receive and deliver each day. We pay attention to details; receiving and inspecting your products for visible damage, consolidating shipments from multiple manufactures, all to delivery your products to you safely and cost effectively.

Red Thread, a Diamond AVSP holder, is proud to be among an elite group of professional companies and very few in New England to achieve this designation. To receive this certification our staff had to complete courses work on industry principals and best practices as well as advanced courses in Installation and Audiovisual Design. The industry certification gives customers assurance not only that we will uphold a strict code of ethics and workmanship practices, but that we can translate this experience into our project implementation methodology.

AV Laboratory | Rack Building

Red Thread has built a state-of-the-art multi bay AV Lab in the metro Boston area to better serve our customers. All equipment for our projects is directed through the lab for inspection and testing. We schedule, build and wire all racks in our laboratory. To ensure system integrity and field readiness, we download and test all programming prior to transporting the racks onsite. The goal of the lab is to minimize the installation schedule onsite, complete final system certification promptly so our customers are up and running as soon as possible.

Remote Installations

No matter where the installation will take place geographically, the responsibility rests completely with us.. Our project team delivers the same quality standard no matter where the installation takes place. We accomplish this be leveraging our network of industry professional to augment our team. Our project manager oversees remote installations onsite, providing close supervision and ensuring the Red Thread standard is meet each and every time
