Training and DocumentationWe know from experience that the project doesn’t end when the room is complete. Whether your users are experts or novices, we know that the technology in your new meeting room may be new and unfamiliar. That’s why Red Thread offers GroupCare™ Training, a complete range of training services for both support staff and end-users. We provide basic end user training and advanced technical training for support staff AV Service DeskOur relationship is not over at the conclusion of the installation. Our Service Desk and comprehensive service plans ensure that we are there for you in the way you want us to be. We can guarantee phone and onsite response because we have a dedicated help desk 8:30am to 5:00pm weekdays. Our team logs your service questions, provide remote diagnostics, troubleshoots and schedules a technician to come on site to resolve any issues.. Our advanced service ticketing system sends email notifications on the status of your service call to keep you up to date. Our service technicians are factory trained and industry certified to service the smallest to the largest integrated systems to ensure your system is operational in a timely manner. Time and Materials ServiceWe provides onsite support to customers without GroupCare maintenance programs on a Time and Materials basis. Typical hourly services include training on existing systems, onsite support, preventative maintenance, assistance with manufacturer warranty claims, product repair and product replacement. AV Managed Onsite StaffingOur Onsite Staffing contracts provide you with your own technology specialist to assist in the use and support of your installed audiovisual and video conferencing systems. Onsite staffing contracts are customized to your unique set of needs and can include such responsibilities as meeting support, preventative eminence, trouble shooting and training. |
