The four C’s for employee engagement

This global biopharmaceutical’s new 30,000SF Research Institute in Massachusetts has received the prestigious Building WELL Certified Gold certification. The space was designed to fuel innovation and be flexible to growth while enhancing a progressive work culture through employee engagement, wellbeing, technology, and biophilic design. Employee engagement strategies focused on 4 C’s: choice, comfort, collaboration, and challenging the norms of how an employee interacts with their environment. The R&D campus is comprised of a formal lobby, auditorium, neighborhood work zones, huddle and conference rooms, open collaborative areas with soft seating and an outdoor area.
