Our Stamford showroom recently got a major refresh, with updates that reflect how workplaces are evolving.
When you walk into our Stamford showroom, it feels like stepping into a vibrant, inviting space designed for the way we need our work environment to be today — flexible, collaborative, and welcoming. We caught up with our own Stacey DiCairano, Account Executive, to get the inside scoop on how the refreshed space brings together innovative design, technology integration, and workplace functionality to better serve our teams, while serving as an example for our clients.
What makes the new showroom unique in terms of design and functionality?
Stacey: Our loft-style space—featuring high ceilings, exposed brick, and an open, airy layout—offers a bright and inviting atmosphere. Thoughtfully designed with a mix of private areas and meeting rooms, it strikes a balance that supports our expanding team throughout their day. Beyond its functionality, the space also serves as a living showroom where clients can experience our work firsthand.
What new features or installations might have the most impact on visitors?
Stacey: This is the most dramatic refresh we’ve had since moving into the space 12 years ago! We updated the floor coverings, AV technology, demountable walls, and furniture, showcasing the full range of our capabilities across all of our business segments. The new demountable wall system is more streamlined, low profile and closely aligns with the trends we are seeing in our market today, elevating the aesthetic and enhancing the ambience of the space.
We also refreshed the entryway living room by reorienting the layout and introducing vibrant new furniture that feels both inviting and energizing. It’s become a natural gathering spot—perfect for casual conversations, team huddles, or focused work throughout the day.
One of my favorite updates is the new conference room, featuring banquet seating, a spacious meeting table, integrated technology, and lush greenery. It’s a space that truly makes a lasting impression.
How does the showroom reflect the latest trends in workplace design and technology?
Stacey: We gave our Stamford showroom a fresh upgrade—both in form and function. From an open-front demo zone to revamped meeting spaces, the focus was on showcasing what’s possible with Microsoft Teams and integrated AV solutions.
In the front area, a clever table stand system now lets clients experience full conferencing capabilities without any wall-mounted equipment—keeping things clean, flexible, and easy to install. A new meeting room features a stealthy, high-performance setup that blends in beautifully, while our DASH Room supports quick, personal calls with plug-and-play simplicity. And in the Enclave, a Microsoft Surface Hub 3 brings Teams to life in an all-in-one solution.
To tie it all together, we introduced new furniture, fresh finishes, and a pop of greenery—making the space feel as connected and collaborative as the tech inside it.
How does the showroom help clients better visualize and understand their workplace solutions?
Stacey: We serve a diverse range of clients, each with unique work styles, space requirements, and business goals. In our showroom, we’ve thoughtfully curated a variety of settings—from classic panel-based 6×8 workstations to flexible hybrid office setups, quick-ship solutions, and welcoming collaborative zones that reflect the demands of today’s evolving workplace.
The space is designed to be both inspiring and practical, offering real-world applications that help clients easily imagine how these solutions could work within their own environments. Whether they’re outfitting a traditional office, embracing hybrid work, or creating dynamic team spaces, there’s something here for every type of work culture.
How has the showroom been designed to cater to the needs of today’s businesses?
Stacey: In today’s fast-paced market, agility is key—many clients are looking for workplace solutions that are not only thoughtful but also immediately available. To meet this demand, we’ve incorporated a private office setup featuring a complete quick-ship package. This allows us to demonstrate how clients can implement functional, high-quality spaces with minimal lead time—an important advantage in time-sensitive situations.
Understanding that office real estate is at a premium, we’ve also designed a hybrid private office that seamlessly transitions between heads-down individual work and collaborative group sessions. It’s a flexible, space-saving solution that maximizes usability and helps businesses get more out of every square foot.
