Onsite Service

We stand behind the products we sell with complimentary warranty service during the life of the manufacturer warranty period. Our furniture service technicians can repair, refinish or replace your product as appropriate so that your work environment remains as pristine as the day you moved in.

Our AV support services are here for you, regardless of whether you purchased your equipment from us. Our technicians are factory-trained and industry certified to service your audiovisual systems.

Reconfigurations

As your business experiences change, our team can help to leverage your existing furniture. We will perform a needs analysis and site survey in order to prepare an accurate design and budget to best utilize your new and existing assets.

Asset Storage and Tracking

The process of storing and managing excess furniture and equipment is complex and time-consuming. We use a sophisticated bar code-based system to store, manage, track and report on your furniture investment, with over 240,000 SF of warehouse space in CT and MA.

Employee Move Experience

Red Thread would like to help create a great experience for your employees. We can customize a communication plan to share your vision for the new space and how it supports your most valuable asset – your people. Activities can include developing a communication calendar, pre- and post-move employee surveys, move day signage, move-in booklet and intranet resources.

Customer Web Portal

Our custom e-commerce portal maintains your standards, facilitates the procurement process and manages inventory. This enables employees or facility managers to shop from a product standards catalog, accept project quotes, request services, manage assets, share files, view reports, track order status and more.
