Q8. Can you work with existing office layouts and furniture, or only new construction projects?
Yes, we work with both existing and new. We frequently refresh existing offices by reusing, reconfiguring, and optimizing existing office furniture and layouts, frequently blending current assets with new solutions. This approach supports phased renovations, relocations, and full workplace transformations. For new builds, we partner early with project teams to plan, specify, and coordinate so everything comes together seamlessly from day one.
Q9. Do you collaborate with architects, designers, and construction partners?
Absolutely. Collaboration is central to how we work. We regularly partner with architects, interior designers, real estate brokers, and construction teams to align design intent, technical coordination, and delivery timelines throughout the office interiors project lifecycle.
Q10. How do you manage projects, order fulfillment, and product storage?
We use dedicated project management tools that give clients visibility into schedules, deliveries, and installation milestones—ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project.
Our custom e-commerce portal simplifies procurement and asset management. It maintains your product standards, allows employees to shop from approved catalogs, request services, manage assets, view reports, and track orders.
For long-term storage, we use an asset storage and tracking (AST) management system to track and report on your furniture investments.
Learn more about AST here.
Q11. What warranties and post-installation support do you provide?
All products are backed by manufacturer’s warranties, and our service teams provide ongoing support, maintenance, and reconfiguration assistance. Clients can contact us directly for repairs or updates — we coordinate everything from there.
Q12. Does Red Thread provide warehousing or storage for office furniture and materials?
Yes. Red Thread provides commercial office furniture storage and warehousing services through our Operations Centers across New England. With over 300,000 square feet of secure furniture warehousing, we support multi-phase projects, asset tracking, and long-term storage.
