Experiencing explosive growth, this company is racing to acquire and optimize new space to support their expanding workforce. The workplace design is focused on balancing space utilization while supporting employee needs. The space is hallmarked by flexible workstations, a variety of conferencing areas and private offices, and a multi-purpose group meeting space with movable walls and varied seating options. Workstation panels are lowered to provide more visual openness to natural light and one another. Adjustable height work surfaces allow employees to choose to work at varying postures throughout the day. Presentation and videoconferencing technologies are integrated into the reception, cafeteria, and conference rooms throughout the space. The Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) approach accommodated a condensed schedule and a thoughtful coordinated design and execution of the project among all project partners.
