A confidential financial services company blends industrial and residential design to achieve an open and collaborative workspace.
A large investment management company consolidated several offices and brought 700 personnel to a new facility in Connecticut. Looking to attract top talent from the NYC area, proximity to the train station was a critical factor. Inspired by a visit to the headquarters of a major social media company, the leadership team desired an open, agile, free-spirited space with no hierarchy or assigned seating. With a progressive aesthetic, the space has an industrial, residential feel with lots of greenery.
