Progressive companies are eschewing the formal meeting room for an option that is more informal, comfortable and versatile – at Red Thread we call it the Multimedia Suite.
Today’s teams, especially marketing and communication, need audio visual solutions that are agile and allow them to monitor social media feeds simultaneously on a multi-media wall for immersive and in the moment decision making. Additional sources to the video wall can be news feeds and CATV along with a cloud based internet video conferencing solution to allow remote team members to view content and engage in real time.
Alternately, for a more traditional meeting room, the AV solution could simply be a single 90” flat screen, a Surface Hub, or even dual 55″ monitors.
This room is approximately 308 square feet and features the Coalesse Together Bench.
The environment has a casual and comfortable feel, with a structured lounge bench and high top tables and stools for participants to perch. It’s highly versatile as a team meeting room or can serve as a progressive way to host clients. We have a room like this in our Boston space – we call it the Oasis.
