EchelonSeaport – Boston, MA

ECHELONSEAPORT LAUNCHES FIRST-OF-ITS-KIND INNOVATION CENTER IN THE HEART OF BOSTON.

Home to Boston’s Seaport District, EchelonSeaport, offers high-end luxury condominiums across two 21-story towers with sweeping views of the water, downtown, and beyond. The 3.5-acre, 1.33 million-square-foot, mixed-use development introduced a new “destination lifestyle” for residents to fully experience Seaport’s elegant synergy without leaving home. It includes 50,000+ square feet of private residential on-site amenities featuring two outdoor pools, an indoor infinity-edge pool, a fitness center with an indoor basketball court, a wellness spa, two sky lounges, an outdoor dog run and pet spa, a golf simulator, and much more.

EchelonSeaport’s Innovation Center is designed to be a space of creativity and community filled with private workspaces, conference rooms, lounge areas, and a demonstration kitchen. The 7,000 sq ft space is perfect for residents working from home, for a meeting, or for hosting an event. With programming developed in collaboration with Boston’s leading academics, incubators, and innovators, residents gather to gain inspiration and ideas from business and cultural leaders. The Innovation Center boasts a sophisticated design mix of workplace and residential, allowing people to feel more at home while they work and socialize. Vendors we worked alongside with to bring this sophisticated urban design to life include Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, West Elm, Stephen Ken, Blu Dot, Jones Country Road, and others. We also created custom, standing-height communal tables to encourage socialization while the intended stadium seating support hosting events.

As part of EchelonSeaport, The Alyx at EchelonSeaport, is a separate multi-family tower featuring first-in-class apartments for rent featuring its own amenities suite. The list includes a 75-foot outdoor swimming pool, a 24-hour gym with on-demand fitness classes, an outdoor wellness space for yoga and fitness classes, an outdoor dog run-and-play park, access to the Innovation Center and multiple resident lounges.
