Rejuvenated space embraces the neoclassic aesthetic with a modern appeal.
The Winter Garden at 222 Berkeley, a 22-story Class A office and retail building, underwent an extraordinary renovation to attract tenants and visitors and foster a sense of community. Embracing the neoclassical aesthetic and preserving the majesty of the daylit space, the open area was transformed into a contemporary garden retreat that serves as a living room
for the building. The main lobby leads up to monumental stairs into the winter garden conservatory on the second floor, a five story high open space that functions as tribune and public meeting place.
